  Wish I could rate 0/10. Not one to write a review, but this evening I was absolutely appalled by the staff at cactus jacks saloon. I witnessed my friend get her head smashed with one of their (cactus jacks) steel shutters for the rooftop bar. This was due to the negligence of the staff member placing each cover down. He did not look to see whether anyone (patron/worker) was in the vicinity. Immediately after the incident, this worker continued to take shots with other staff to enjoy his new years evening. Even though he had ruined my friends. I had to prompt this worker for an ice-pack after he had his celebratory shot.
  Well done cactus, your training has now shown to be insufficient and negligent; causing an injury to an innocent patron trying to enjoy her new years.
  I hope that there will be consequences for this incident as we will have record of it for future reference.

  Good food and atmosphere, though the playlist on the weekend late nights is exactly the same every night.
